Appalling customer service.

I am a very unhappy customer. I am actually appalled by the treatment the manager from the Steers at The Square Sunninghill. I drive all the way to Steers to get ribs and a Phanda meal, I get there around 21:00 only to be told that they don’t have ribs available just because they are ready to close in the next 30 mins. I ask the lady (manager/supervisor) why don’t they have ribs she says “they are out of stock” I don’t believe that for a second that a whole steers could run out of ribs. She then suggests that I go get myself pizza (Debonairs ) or fish (Fishaways) wow. Thee worst experience. The customer service there is horrible and it’s not the first time.
