Appalling!!
Given the mad rush of the morning, I called to place my order 35min prior to collecting. I get there and there is no one at the counter. 10 min later a lady arrives and takes her time in assisting the 2 people before me. I then say I called in an order and am in rush, she absent mindedly calls to the lady at the back about the telephone order, and ONLY then it is prepared! I use my card to pay and the transaction take 7-8min to process, I ask if we should not rather cancel and try another
