Appaling Service

I ordered ice cream at Steers Kwa-Thema Square and they never delivered. It's been 24 hours and no one said anything. I tried calling and they kept on transferring to the wrong restaurant and mind you, I paid online for the order. I just got to Steers and I asked the manager about the order and she said there's nothing on her system whereas it shows on the app. As she was talking to the other guy, she mentioned my order after she said they didn't receive it and they are talking about it order so nonchalantly. I'm so disappointed for such poor service. This is not even the first time they doing this. I don't even know why they sell ice-cream cause their machines never work!
