APPALED AT STEERS MUSGRAVE
SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WAS GIVEN COLD FOOD. WHEN ASKED FOR WARMER FOOD MANAGER AND STAFF ALL STARTED SHOUTING AND CLICKING THEIR TONGUES. MANAGER MADE A BIG SCENE AND TOLD ME I AM WASTING THEIR STOCK. I REP**** BY SAYING I AM WASTING MY MONEY ON COLD FOOD. AFTER MUCH SHOUTING AT ME, STAFF FINALLY GAVE ME HOT CHIPS AND A BURGER THAT WAS STILL COLD, WITH BLUE COTTON IN IT! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THE MANAGER AND STAFF TO THINK THAT STEERS HAD QUALITY, I NEVER EXPECTEDSUCH UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
