Apalled by Steers sibaya

Appalled by steers service, I had asked for a aero swirl and a Romany creams swirl ice cream, I needed the aero swirl to have chocolate sauce instead of caramel sauce, the lady ZAMA who served me advised me that can not be done, I had asked for the manager, the manager SNE had come and advised me that can not be done as well as she can't change the system, and prices are different !!!

I than looked at the prices and the ice creams where the exact same prices R29.90, I had even explained that this was done before where the sauces where swoped, even if it costed more I would have changed it. The manager SNE, was extremely rude, it's as if she was paying for the ice cream .

In all honesty this is what makes South Africa so difficult to live in, customer service is extremely poor and people who work at these places think that they are doing us consumers a favour.its us who is ensuring they have jobs.
