Angry customer

Hi basically upset is an understatement I placed an order at steers adwin swales and I called to track my order as I couldn't do it on the app and I need steers adwin swales to listen to my calls and get back to me

My first call was to a lady who seemed like they dont even know what she was doing Second one was to a guy,not sure if Savanna or Siyavana and I'd rather not say how the call was Lastly was to Fezeka and like I was explaining I had no airtime anymore
