AMAZING Service

I had placed an order with Steers Caltex Airport City.when my order arrived, it was incorrect. to satisfy a hungry human when a food order was incorrect is really hard, but Tinashe managed to do just this on a friday afternoon at 4pm. he called me back which was not expected and he got the replacement done within minutes.<br> <br> In this day and age service is not an expectation, and being an express store that services a larger mass, I was blown away that this had actually happened. I need not further explain why this was important as a consumer as we all experience daily service failures,<br> <br> thank you tinashe and his team,<br> <br> PS: this Steers is one of very few stores/fast food franchises that still offers the required service the industry demands.<br> <br> thank you once again
