Amazing Customer Care

I ordered a King Steer Meal for delivery - it arrived without chips (as advertised). I mailed the Steers website and had an SMS response the following day, followed shortly by a telephone call from the branch involved, offering me a free side of chips with my next order! I am absolutely amazed at their commitment to Customer Care. My complaint was trifling, but Steers have taken it seriously and gone the extra mile. A shout out to Steers, and their Watercrest Mall outlet. You guys have shown Corporates how to treat their customers. Thank you. Sincerely.
