Always giving us beef when we order chicken!!
<p>I posted a complaint on the Steers facebook page and I got a response from just 1 branch- just an apology- no make up for what happened and the inconvenience to us! We bought a Get real burger from the Monte casino branch and we ordered chicken but got served BEEF! We dont eat beef adn all the manager did was called to say sorry! Sorry wont change what happened! And what if my son actually ATE it before i noticed that it was not chicken??? Same thank happened at the Sandton City branch and the classic burger was the exact same size as the get real burger- no difference in SIZE but plenty of difference in price and a complete *******!!! Will never buy from Steers ever again!!!</p>
