<p>FIRST TIME EVER, POOR SERVICE AND FOOD ! WITH A WAITING TIME OF +-40 MIN - UNACCEPTABLE ! 23/11; ORDER 32; +-19:00. DID YOU KNOW THATNO LETTUCE DOES NOT MEAN NO TOMATO ? AND WHY BURN THE PATTIES ON ONE SIDE WHILST RUNNING BEHIND ON ORDERS ? NOT ACCEPTABLE; VERY DISAPPOINTED !</p>
