Adult-oriented videos instore and confusing menu
1. Please stop playing overly adult-oriented content on your instore TV. Your target market is not only adult males. I can supply screenshots if need be. The music videos being played frequently show salacious dance routines which are blatantly adult in nature and it is hard to explain to my small kids who stare at it "what the ladies are doing". I have raised this with you before via email a few years ago. This is in the Chili Lane branch on Rivonia road. I have to avoid your restaurant till you sort this out.
2. Please cut your menu down to 5-6 items, really. I order items off the menu only to find that the staff behind the counter have charged me for the more expensive items, yet I cannot see the difference between them. When I ask they mumble something that I cannot understand about models/varieties/specials which is very confusing. For example if I request a 'steer burger' and then get given a 'king steer', it is not acceptable. There are about three panels showing about 50-60 types of burgers but I cannot tell the difference or why some of them are cheaper/more expensive; they all look the same except for how many patties there are. It happens _every_ time; I select what I want, at a price point that I can accept, only to get charged R 10 - R 30 PER ITEM MORE than it shows on the menu, and to get funny explanations which I do not accept/understand. If you need further input on this matter, arrange to meet me at a store and I will explain further.
