Accused of leaving the store without a payment of which was done

On the 16th I ordered online at steers woodmead my order was the first order of the day,my wings where dry and my chips where yesterdays chips which where just warmed up okay I ddnt cause a scene about that. The same day I was called in at 22:00pm and I was accused of not paying that I took my order and left the store I don’t know how can I take my order without being given. I paid to the manager who was on duty that day infront I gave her 150 and she gave me a change of 10 rand I have her 20 rand to add in a buddy coke and got my 3 rand back change. The next day I went to the store to find out,there was no apology the people who called where not on duty. I am not happy with being accused of leaving the store without paying as if I am a *****. I still went back by my self to follow up the next day. I demand an apology from the manager that was on duty that day and the guy who never even asked me and told me that I did not pay!!! Steers woodmead service is **** the stuff is very unprofessional and they must learn how to count their cash float and stop accusing customers I would never go back and buy from that franchise!
