Absolutely shocking service from Steers in Greenstone Mall

<p>On Friday night I went to steers with my partner and a friend to get an ice cream... when we got to the "order" counter, there were 6 people standing behind the counter, each one looked at us and continued doing what they were doing, not one person bothered to help... there were two young ladies standing behind the "collect" counter laughing at us, the one lady whispering in the other ladys ear, with a smirk and a hand gesture as to say if we stand here long enough they'll go away... I then asked to see a manager, he came to see me and I said the service here is shocking, he says "maybe you came at the wrong time" (please keep in mind, the shop was empty) I explained to him what had happened, he said thank you very much and walked away. I am appalled at the fact that he wasn't even in the slightest way apologetic, and I watched as they closed the shop 10 minutes before their closing time at 8pm and not one staff member had been questioned or reprimanded. </p> <p>Needless to say, I will never go there again!!</p>
