Absolutely **** service!!!!!! Fuming!!!!!!!

I placed an order for a wacky Wednesday online deal with steers springs mall @18:09 after an hour i phoned steers springs mall to find out where my order is.. The lady said the manager will phone me back which never happened after half an hour later i phoned back and was told they will check.. the driver arrived 5min after my last phone call with ice cold food... when we checked the slip the order was less then what we have ordered and someone else's name was on it so it was obviously the wrong order they gave us... The store phoned back to ask if we received our order but we have told them the order was wrong it has now been 3 HOURS since we placed the order and this service is just absolutely ****!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER RECEIVED SUCH **** SERVICE AND WILL I EVER SUPPORT STEERS AGAIN!!!!!!!
