Absolutely Pathetic Customer service

Absolutely pathetic to say the least.

Called in to place and order and the agent with whom I spoke was anything but polite.

So I opted to do an online order instead. Collected my order and upon arrival back home only to find out it was the wrong order given.

So I called back to enquire and the same unfriendly cashier insisted that my order was correct. I asked for the manager who then confirmed with the kitchen staff that it was indeed the incorrect order given to me.

Now the drive back to the store to collect the correct order.

Steers please do better, there is a reason why people do online orders. Convenience being the most important one.

The Manager Geraldine could offer no form of compensation for this major inconvenience. Rude
