absolutely disgusted

I am absolutely appalled by the way I have been treated by steers braamfonteins management and staff, firstly I ordered my food at 13:33 for delivery, I was told I should expect it in 45mins, at 14:15 I called to inquire if my delivery has left and the lady I spoke to advised it has, I then waited another 30mins, I then called back to find out what is happening I spoke to another guy who then advised me the order has only left now, I then waited another 15mins, it was then 15:00 (1h 30mins later...) I called again and spoke to a manager, the manager said the driver has arrived I should go and get my food, I went out and waited another 10 minutes, the driver finally pitched with my food WICH WAS COLD TO WHICH THE DRIVER THEN DENIED....HE THEN TOOK THE FOOD BACK AND SAID \ITS FINE I DONT NEED TO GIVE THIS TO YOU"(LIKE HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOUR) "
