A very bad and unprofessional staff members

I spent 2 hours on a call almost a month ago about my food Steers Montague Garden, Cape Town and at the end of the day they never delivered I only got refunded after 2 weeks and the airtime I spent trying to get my order they kept on saying they will come back to me. Been in contact with their Facebook team that keeos on promising that I will get a feedback. Ooh the other day someone from their store call and asked my name even before I said anything she asked if she may call me after 5 min and never call again, that is done to someone who was already complaining how bad their stuff treated the matter and how I had to call them in every 20min and they would come with new stories about my order. So the management also is very unprofessional
