****A SHOP TREATMENT

I received "****a shop" treatment @ Steers Sandton City. Bought food during my lunch break and the wait time was said to be 10 minutes but it took more than that, I told the cashier that I'll be back to fetch the order during my tea break and when I went to fetch the order I was told "we sold it because you took time to collect your order" and I was once again told to wait another 3 minutes.

I exceeded both my lunch and tea breaks and had to sign a discussion document for exceeding and reporting back late for duty as per company policy.
