A lovely experience worth a delicious meal.

I bought the loaded cheese fries from the Sunnypark Mall (Sunnyside Pretoria) twice in a span of two days and I enjoyed the email, however; the highlight was the customer service.

The staff is so professional, attentive and yet warm hearted. On the first purchase I used the order machine which did not print out the order number. I was confused (and concerned) and asked their manager Sne about the aforementioned. She assured me my order was well captured and assigned her colleague to ensure I get assistance.

I hope the quality customer service is offered throughout all Steers branches.

Well done Sunnypark branch, I will be coming back for more fries!
