A burger from steers pineslopes takes 1h32

How can a burger take 1h32 to make???

My online order was placed and confirmed at 17h51 - the driver arrived (350meters up the road from steers) at 19h23.

Steers pineslopes didn’t bother to call to advise there was a problem. Didn’t cancel the order. Isn’t a burger supposed to be fastfood - how can a hornet meal arrive after 38 minutes on Mr D but a burger from steers takes 1h32! Imagine!
