I had the most amazing experience at Steers in Witpoortjie. I have stayed in the area for more ten years and my experience there has been nothing but horrible, every single time. Sometime last week I just decided to pop in there, I got myself Wacky Wednesday (chicken) special and quarter chicken with chips. And that was the best decision I have ever made. The food was so delicious, garnishes in my burger were fresh and crunchy, chicken tasty and moist, seasoned to perfection, rolls were fresh, speedy service, friendly staff, I couldn't fault them in anything...I was so impressed. They must keep up the good work. Previously you would get there, and get food that is cold, dry, a roll that is hard, you wait for you order close to an hour, chips that tasted like they've been warmed with a microwave. As much as we write about bad service, we must also give praise where and when it's due. WELL DONE STEERS WITPOORTJIE BY ENGEN GARAGE! Keep it up!
