40 min wait for ice cold food.

Steers colombine square is the worst for mpre than a year now their waiting time for a wacky Wednessday thats 2 burgers no fries nothing fancy to be added is 40min longer then a fine dinning establishment . When you get your food its ice cold why did i wait that long if the food is clearly not coming straight off the grill and cant even warm our food because of loadshedding. We need answers there had been at least 5 other customers complaining about the same thing and this issue is ongoing i wont bother myself with your brand any longer surly your service nor the quality of your food warrents the prices you charge.You guys continue pushing away good loyal customers amd i really feel bad for your employees that have to deal the abuse due to poor management of the establishment.
