3 x Orders show up incomplete in a row

Twice before have order items at steers highland only for half the order to show up. Then takes a while for other half of the order to show up. Today we ordered from steers eldorainge only for half the order to show up again. All items are listed on the slip, it should not be this hard to read the slip. As a long time steers customer you've lost me for good
