3 hour wait for delivery Vaal Mall Steers
I placed an order at 18:45 on the app and paid, it's 21:20 and we still haven't received the order! Tried phoning the branch.. call centre keeps transferring the call and no one answers for 30min we kept on trying. When we finally got through we were told it takes 3 hours... not impressed. If I didn't pay I would've cancelled and bought somewhere else. This is definitely the last time.

01 Apr 2024, 22:15No use complaining about Steers anywhere! I ordered from them didn't receive my complete order! Now they are closed and I didn't get my food or my money back! This isn't the first, second or even third bad experience I have had with steers Vanderbijlpark. I would rather just order elsewhere! What do you tell your kids when their order is the one they forgot!!?

01 Apr 2024, 22:16My other order.... I Ordered online for delivery, waited over an hour for the good. Offered online abaon today for delivery, again over an hour and no delivery. Phoned to enquire and they said someone will phone back. Half an hour later, no phone back, we phoned again, still getting no answer on were our order is. Few minutes later we get a call that our order cannot be delivered. Did it have to take about 2 hours to be told that...
