2 × Single Rack & Med Chips

I did an order for 2 × Single Rack & Med Chips and the website after logging in , it wanted me to search my address location and it found Pan-Africa-Junction-Shopping-Centre, Corlett-Drive and GRAYSTON. The pan and corlet steer the was no ribs and showed 3.55km and free delivery and accepted the order and received mail confirmation and sms confirmation. Got miss call and called back spoke to the manager whom says they don't deliver but i told him the website shows they deliver. I advised him to call me after 5min to ask the other two stores if they might have , but he never came back to me and i called again and advised him to send me an email with the story and his details, nothing. i'm hungry no and with no food and i wonder if i paid via online it would be a disaster. can i please be advised what the way forward as the website gave me a go ahead but now i'm seating with this problem.
