2 hours later no order delivered

I ordered my food at 14h00 and even received a call from the store to confirm my order and address . 2 hours later my order still hasn’t been delivered I called the store twice asking about it but no body seemed to know anything about my order if it’s out for delivery or anything . Bad service received Telling me about the lot of orders they have yet I stay 15mins away from Jabulani mall .
