2 HOUR LATE STEERS DELIVERY

I ordered food online 2 hours ago, the order was accepted but no sign of the delivery man. I phoned the number they gave online but it didn't work. We found another number and they only answered after the second call telling us that it would be another half an hour before our food would be delivered. I'm very disappointed.
