2 hour delivery full payment

Made an order on the 16/09/2019 at10:40 at dawn park steers the food arrived in time was missing ice cream and the delivery guy didn't have change he said he was coming back, later came back without ice cream and said he will be back again,30 min later I called the store and they gave me some story about driver forgot the ice cream and they only have one driver, he eventually came to deliver the ice cream 2 hours late, I had already paid for the order and I feel its wrong to make me pay for something you only delivered 2 hours late, when I told the driver that this ice cream is late he said its not his fault the shop didn't give him basically he even had attitude and said his job is not to keep coming here,his manager Sbusiso just said he must deliver this. The bad service you keep giving us as customer sucks .
