18 hours no delivery no feedback

Yesterday 26.12.2025 at 12:50 I wanted to order food online for delivery. I decided steers will be a great lunch for the family.

On the app I was able to place a order with Magalies view steers rustenburg as they were showing online. Order placed and paid 12:58.

A hour and a half later I phoned to follow up regarding my delivery. They guy said that he will find out why it's taking so long because he can see it was sepose to be delivered at 13:30. I then waited another 30min with not received my delivery or a call back from the call center

I called again and a lady answered, she said she can see a call was logged and the first person I spoke to will get back to me, well it's around 16 hours later and I am still waiting for the call

I decided to send an email to the info email address on the app 15:00 I received a case number and a few minutes later a call from a lady saying she spoke to the manager of steers Magalies view and he said that they are not open for ordering, she informed me that she will call him back to call me so he can explain and cancel the order and advise on my money back.

It's almost 19 hours later from placing the order. No cancelation was done and my money is still not paid back

This is unacceptable and I don't understand why I was able to place and pay for my food but I shop in not open for orders

I send another email this morning and still no feedback
