1 minute King steer burger

I dont believe this ......After a long day i felt like my favourite burger the King steer ...I then order one in town and i am aware that it usally takes between 10 to 15 minutes to prepare but to my suprise the teller indicates the order will be ready in 2 minutes .....I then looked at the back because i thought they as quick as Montrose streers but i only saw 2 chefs and a a full resturant ....i then processed to take a chair ...HUH to my surprise the oredr was already ready >>>..I knew this is impossible ,,the fries were warm and the burger half done and cold ....I write this report out of dissapointment as both a client and consumer as a client ,..i write this report due to bad service a while i paid in casg and in full ...Steers is rare even in the world of Mac Donalds and Burger King ...I like their food but am very un happy that is that how people in town are treated ????? Please may there be a resolution to the issue and will only ask for restitution from my side ...let all food chains offer the same type of servise to their cleints
