STEAM in game purchase

i bought GTA IV from steam store and it gave me a invalid CD KEY I am a customer who always buys from the store and bought 3 copies in total one for myself and 2 for mates and we are all getting nothing but problems and there isn't a proper page to complain or a number to call so after all this how can you say 1 thing but do another !!!
