Horrible product and service

We tried to download Batman Arkham game from the steam website. Paid the R299 but the game does not seem to work. Shows that it was downloaded but other than using up 20 gigs of data for god knows what it doesn’t work and is a big disappointment. Can’t even contact these people for a refund!
