Continuously Ignored by Station Vibration – Total lack of communication on Order #5710

I am deeply frustrated by the complete lack of professional communication and customer service from Station Vibration. I placed an order (Order #5710) on Friday, 28 August 2026, at 4.15AM, for an Audient iD4 Audio Interface, which was paid in full via their online payment platform. The order confirmation estimated fulfillment/delivery on that very day, 28 August.

When nothing happened, I sent a follow-up email on the morning of 1 September 2026 to the address explicitly provided for queries. Shortly after sending it, I received an automated notification stating my order was "ready for pickup." What makes this incredibly frustrating is that it appears a real person actively reacted to my message, but chose to hide behind a cold, automated notification rather than actually addressing my complaint, apologizing for the delay, or offering a human response.

Because they refused to actually communicate with me, I was left completely in the dark and unable to coordinate my courier to go and collect the item from their premises. Having been brushed off, I sent another email that evening to their sales address, explicitly stating how unprofessional it is to ignore a paying customer.

It is now the morning of 7 September 2026—over a week since the order was placed—and no one has had the decency to reply to my emails, apologize, or offer any human explanation. By completely ignoring me, they have left me with absolutely no way of picking up my order. This ongoing delay and total lack of proper communication is now causing me a significant loss of production time. It is incredibly rude to dodge direct inquiries after taking a customer's money. I want nothing more to do with this business.

I want a full refund and I no longer wish to deal with this company due to their appalling customer service, lack of manners, and the resulting disruption to my work.

Reviewer Update
UPDATE (07/09/2026): Business responded with excuses and zero accountability.

Following my post, the business finally responded via email, but instead of apologizing, they attempted to shift the blame onto me. They claimed they could not open this Hellopeter link, falsely claimed they sent a pickup notification "ever since" the order was placed, and brought up a past successful purchase from March to dismiss my complaint—unbelievably telling me that "the drill is the same."

A past purchase does not give a business a free pass to ignore a customer or treat them with such an overly fami****, dismissive attitude. In reality, their automated pickup notification was only triggered on 1 September—four days late—right after I emailed them asking for an update. Because they refused to reply to my actual emails with a human response, I was left unable to coordinate a third-party courier to collect the item from their Johannesburg premises.

Even though the entire email history was attached to my message, the representative played dumb, asking "what the issue is" instead of taking accountability for ignoring a paying customer for a week.
