Bought New, Broken Twice, No Solution Offered

I purchased a Wharfedale Typhon AX15BT speaker from Station Vibration in July 2025. Despite very light, careful home use, the speaker failed twice within months. Each time, I had to send it over 1000 km from Mozambique to Johannesburg for repairs, paying nearly 15,000 ZAR in total for the speaker, repairs, and transport.

The repair center claimed the damage was due to “overdriving,” which is not accurate (the speaker was never used at high volume or for extended periods). After the second failure, the company stopped providing a clear solution or replacement, leaving me with a faulty product despite all costs and effort.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend purchasing from Station Vibration if you expect reliable products or reasonable customer support.
