Start blacks broke front gate

Please people can you advise me. My geyser burst just before New Year. I lock a complaint with OUTsurance rev ********** 27. It go very well until the plumbers come to fix my ceiling. When Harry from starplex leave my premise he broke my gate. I call him immediately and tell him he broke my gate he deny it. I go out the morning of the 13th January when they come to fix my ceiling the gate wasn't broken at all. After they finish I also go to the shops and found my gate was broken. I call Nicolette several times very friendly lady but nothing has been done of my gate what was broken she promised to go in on the problem but nothing happened. I get a number on starplex Facebook page of a Prince the number is ********** 7496 and he promise to give the Builder a message to call me he did not call I even message somebody at OUTsurance on Messenger promises Promises Promises nothing has been done. After that I tell them I gonna go to hello Peter if they don't react before the end of the day. Harry call me in 10 minutes time promise me he would come the 19th In Ours Time. I call him again at 4:30 and he said he is in traffic and would come Saturday morning the 20th of January he did not come. How can starplex survive if they deal with their customers like this?
