Bad service

I had an insurance claim and was given Starplex as a contractor I saw them 2 times and both these times they were late by at leat 2 hours The person who came out on both occasions did not have alot of knowledge on this matter. He also did not look approachable to see clients. Yes he is a worker but there where no work to be done he just needed to inspect and give feedback to my insurance which he also delayed and did not do as expected. This made my claim a nightmare and did not get out what I supposed to get
