Unhappy starlife viewers

My family and I have started to enjoy all the programmes on Starlife, but it is now becoming very irritating with the continuous adverts that comes up. In a 30 min program,viewing is only about 15 minutes with the balance in adverts which is extremely frustrating. This needs urgent attention otherwise many viewers will opt to watch other programmes.
