Stark borehole
Unfavourable experience: 1. Paid for a service(borehole drilling) 2. Borehole collapsed by one of their employees 3. Sent another quote for over 200k (their solution)to fix the issue their employee created by collapsing the borehole, damaging the piping and pump 4. Left the premises without discussing with property owner 5. Website stated and still states to this day 100% success rate - marketing is inaccurate in this case

Before we began the work, the drilling contract was signed which outlined the risks involved with borehole drilling. We explained that there’s always a chance of encountering unstable subsurface formations, which can only be detected during the drilling exploration process. These conditions can cause problems, including borehole collapse as soon as the rods are retrieved after successful drilling of the borehole.
During the project, we successfully struck water, but the ground proved unstable, and despite our best efforts, the borehole collapsed right after rods was retrieved, making it impossible to even try to install the pvc sleeves and more impossible to install a borehole pump.
Drilling contract was explained, accepted and signed, risk involved, accepted the drilling quote, and settled the initial drilling costs after informed of the borehole collapse because of unstable formation.
We offered to drill using the Odex Drilling method , as explained on both quote and drilling contract that was signed, based on a new quote on which we received a reply - to expensive to continue.
ODEX (Overburden Drilling Exocentric) drilling is required when normal percussion drilling is impossible.
This technique uses steel casing to protect the borehole and is suited for unstable formations like yours, though it is a much more expensive option.
You decided not to proceed with ODEX drilling.

Your statement suggests that the results fell short of expectations and the fact that a borehole was drilled using standard drilling indicates the claim of 100% success should be retracted from the website as it is misleading. Furthermore, your employee’s action in collapsing the borehole (as witnessed) and leaving the site without offering a thorough explanation to the property owner will remain unsatisfactory.
