Extremely poor service and workmanship from Stark Boreholes
I contacted Ruan to help with my booster pump and irrigation system that was faulty. They repeatedly came in the late afternoons and worked with their phone lights in the dark in the garden. They didn't bring any other lights. Extensive work was done. The situation did not improve. Then suddenly after struggling the whole day, they claimed at 7pm on a Friday evening that everything was sorted out and I had to pay R18 000 before they left. I did so, and then realised that it was even worse that before. The work was sloppy, and looked untidy on top of it. I phoned Ruan and his helper again. They claimed that it was due to other reasons and I had to contact someone that did irrigation, ( as they do not do irrigation) and I should also contact the company that supp**** the water irrigation system that they installed. I messaged Ruan to come, so that I could show him everything that was dysfunctional. He said he would come after work. He never showed up. I confronted him the next day. He said that he would not "help me" again. The whole system had to be replaced by another person. Wasted time and money!! Everything they did had to replaced.

Exceptional service and after care
Exceptional service and after care. From day one where we started with our borehole process it was exceptional service from Stark Boreholes. We were informed every step of the way exactly what was done and what needed to be done. After the borehole was completed, they checked in regularly to ensure we are happy and if there were anything that we needed assistance with or information. Even now roughly 4 years later we still get exceptional after care service if we need any assistance, cleaning of the tank or filters. They are quick and sufficient and always willing to help whenever we need them. I highly recommend Stark Boreholes as their work are of highest standards and they take pride in what they do as well as with the after care. They are always there to assist us.

Exceptional service and after care. From day one where we started with our borehole process it was exceptional service from Stark Boreholes. We were informed every step of the way exactly what was done and what needed to be done. After the borehole was completed, they checked in regularly to ensure we are happy and if there were anything that we needed assistance with or information. Even now roughly 4 years later we still get exceptional after care service if we need any assistance, cleaning of the tank or filters. They are quick and sufficient and always willing to help whenever we need them. I highly recommend Stark Boreholes as their work are of highest standards and they take pride in what they do as well as with the after care. They are always there to assist us.

I highly recommend Stark Borehole. From start to finish, their service was excellent. The team was professional, fast, and extremely thorough in their work. Stark Borehole offered a stellar service. They were responsive, professional and excellent communicators. AND they found water! They also were quick to rectify any problems throughout the project of multiple borehole installations and have provided excellent follow up support. I highly recommend them.

Stark Borehole offered a stellar service. They were responsive, professional and excellent communicators. AND they found water! Look I have worked with Stark now on two sites and I can honestly say they are great, we had to be on site once until night team doing inspections and there was no complaints and no problems at all we also got the best report back regarding the inspection
Look I have worked with Stark now on two sites and I can honestly say they are great, we had to be on site once until night team doing inspections and there was no complaints and no problems at all we also got the best report back regarding the inspection that was used to sort out the problem with the borehole. I can honestly recommend them through and through and if you want to get your borehole drilled and just inspected they are the best for that and best equipped for sure from what I have experienced in this field of work.

I can honestly recommend them through and through and if you want to get your borehole drilled and just inspected they are the best for that and best equipped for sure from what I have experienced in this field of work.
