Non-Attention to detail!
Why do I waste my time requesting a specific delivery date if the personnel @ Stargas disregard everything and just do as thy think is best? I placed an order for a replacement 19kg gas bottle, to be delivered on either Tuesday 25 June or Wedenesday 26 June 2024. But the delivery guy arrived at my gate now.
So why do we state our requirements if nothing will be taken serious and executed as requested? Is this really what we should be satisfied with or rather choose a service provider that regards it's clients as important and valued.
Stargas has gotten my order wrong twice now so I think a new supplier is vital as this incompetence is just not acceptable.

Requesting information on delivery times is non existent too although you were told by 3 people they would contact and confirm.
