Mia conduct from management owner

I have just had a shocking experience at Stargas centurion. I went there to buy accessories for a Pitza oven. Was going to be a gift for my son The sales man whom later told me he was the manager owner etc etc (quoted in his own words). Quoted me on a set being about R5500 I asked also for tge individual pprices and for three items he said R4500 I then decided to buy the box as it had a lot more in it On paying with my card he had entered R6550 not being quick enough I only noticed after putting my pin in I then questioned why R6550 and not the R5500 he had said I was then told it was that with VAt To my amazement I asked why didn’t he quote me saying it either excluded VAT or price before VAT To my shock horror and still disbelief of how I was spoken to after asking this is just unbelievable. Even the lords name was rudely bought into theatres conversation I still don’t have my refund in my account and was told if I waited he was locking me in at six I can not believe that I as a customer was spoken to or treated like this and to top it by the owner of the business I will never ever go to this store again and I will continue to place this on hello Peter as this is not how going into a shop as a customer, should I or anyone else be treated Especially from the manager /owner
