Excellent Service Pearl

Good day. I was lucky enough to stumble on to the WhatsApp line of the company on Saturday the 16th of June. I was looking for a Gas Stove which was advertised on the company's website and ended up chatting to a lady called Pearl.

Upon confirming what I was looking for, Pearl took it upon herself to contact me and advice on what I needed to do to secure the item. I then indicated I was already on my way, and she committed to arrange that the item is delivered from their warehouse, should they not have one on hand. Fortunately, upon checking she found that they had one in stock, called me back to let me know so I can come through to their office. Upon my arrival, Pearl had already arranged for the item to be brought to her desk following the payment I made.

I found the professionalism and customer service received to be very refreshing.

To the management of the company, it is through individuals like Pearl that empire's are built. I therefore urge you to take necessary steps to recognize and reward officials like Pearl for their daily contribution to your company.

At Pearl, let this be the treatment you afford to each and every customer you serve and teach your fellow colleagues to do the same.
