This looks like fruad

I need to get hold of nissan's CEO. I have evidence to suggest thier is ***** involved at star nissan

In November 2017. I took my Nissan micra visia plus to star nissan vereeniging. And at first i was suprised by all the technology put in place to make the customer experience as comfortable as possible. The send me an sms with a website where i can check the progress of how my car is progressing through all the checkpoints.

What they had to do was to replace the right cv joint. For those who dont know. The nissan micra only has a outer cv joint. It doesnt have a inner cv joint.

So then star nissan vereeniging calls me. And tells me the clutch kit needs replacing. So i said. Wel the car has a maintenance plan from MFC so why not do it. But the car only had 68000 km roughly on the clock. Then at first they had clearance from mfc that mfc will cover the whole thing. And then they called me back and said that mfc dont cover it anymore.

So i left it there. Because they told me it would be 13000 rand to fix the clutch and the cv joint. And that the cv joint will only be 6000 and something rand. Like i said i left it there.

But that got me thinking. The car was at nissan potchefstroom in august for the ultinator. And we told them we heard something at the side in the clutch area but nissan potchemstroom assured me that the clutch has no problems.

If alarm bels is not going of by now. Then the next piece of the story should.

I got in contact with another rmi approved garage. Because the car's cv joints needs to be fixed. So i only got the appointment for today. (23 january) and i took the car in to motech potchefstroom. So they told me. That mfc wont cover the cv joint. Becuase it has been replaced by star nissan vereeniging. After alot of words and calls. We immediately got The "remitance" from mfc saying that they have paid R4999.99 for the clutch and cv joints to be repaired. With the remitance showing 2017/11/30. After my wife drove through from potchefstroom. To star nissan vereeniging. Because they kept on hanging up the phone in her ear. She got the invoice fron star nissan vereeniging the invoice dated 12/12/2017.

Like what the? So now im hoping the car is gonna keep together and that the cv joint wont just fall out.

We tried to speak to the manager of star nissan vereeniging . But apparantly he is on sick leave for the whole month.

So mr nissan ceo. According to Google. It is mr Mike Whitfield. Please help me. Whats the problem? Is someone *****ing? Am i complaining about the wrong company?

I have all the names from everyone whom i have spoken to. So if someone could please help i would appreciate this
