Terrible attitude and service

<p>On Thursday 29 September 2016, I went to see Paul at Star Nissan Vereening (used car sales) to ask for an evaluation on a Nissan Pathfinder. From the second I walked into his office he gave me a look as if I was not worth his time. I kindly asked him if he would please assist me with an evaluation on my vehicle for an estate, to which he told me he in a very rude manner that he is unwilling to do so as it "might come back to him" and no dealer would ever be willing to help with an evaluation. Firstly, his attitude was terrible and extremely unproffessional. Secondly, if he is *********** to give a professional evalution that could be questioned later, please find a different line of work as you are then not qualified to do your job. The next closest Nissan dealership to me is 80 km away but at least they are competent. I called another Nissan branch in johannesburg that was more than willing to help me and was friendly about it too. Even though it is extremely out of my way, I will rather take my vehicles to another branch from now.</p>
