Regarding bad service

I bough a Nissan Micra on the 12 Desember 2019 from salesman Bertie Boucher. To buy the car was very quick but we experiece very bad after service. We wait 3 days for a car after I bought is and then it was not registered yet on our name. We need the car urgently and they promise to let me know when it is registered that didnt happen. When we took the car we find that it was not checked because there was mistakes on it so we have to take it back to them again and leave it there. Every time we have to travel about 28 kilometors times 2 that is to take it and to get it again. January 2020 I ask Bertie again when the car will be registered and then it was registered on the 8 January. Still I waited for my spare key that was promised. I made several enquieries for that and eventualy after a request from me again Bertie phone on the 21 February that the key is there. I asked if we bring in the car if they could help us to set the key quickly because I bought the car for my granddaughter to get to the university. We dont have another transport for her thats why I bought that car but they not willing to go out if there way to try and help us. We was received very unfriendly. My granddaugter misses her classes today at 13h00 because they could not set the key from just after nine this morning till 12h30. I will definitely not tell anybody to buy a car at Star Nissan because all our other cars when we bought it the same say it was registered and handed over to us after buying it. Look how long did it take there and then we have to drive there fir so many times.
