Radio Code

I took my car for a service the 27/05/2015, my radio code card were in my service book file! When I gave it to the lady, I asked if I must take it out, she said no, its not necessary because the book stays with her! When I got my car back, round about a week or less my battery where faulty and my radio needed the code, when I looked in my service book it was gone! I phoned the lady immediately and asked that she look for it there! She didn't found it, since then I phone her and asked what about my code, she said she'll come back to me and then she never does! Still I can't use my radio and if I don't phone I don't hear from her! I'm very disappointed, my service cost me almost R4000 and that's how they treat you after their being negligent!
