Pre sale Promises after sale ****!

<p> I wrote this review yesterday. It was deleted - wrong business they say. No it is the right business......</p> <p>I bought a vehicle over a distance. Muhammad Kaloo the sales person told me the vehicle was in very good</p> <p>condition and is still under warranty. The day we took possession of it, my son had a few concerns which was</p> <p>conveyed to Muhammed. "Geen probleem Mev Muller - vat net die voertuig in na die Nissan dealer toe - ons sal dit</p> <p>uitsorteer" - his words.</p> <p>Wheel balancing was not done before delivery - we did that ourselves.</p> <p>I was told that they (Star Nissan) would do the licencing and number plates for me..... this was not done.... but they</p> <p>charged me THE EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF R5000-00 for licence and registration and contract fee. When I wanted R4350 back - sorry not going to happen - they will only pay me for what it cost me..... what am I paying for then????????</p> <p>The quote for the problems in the vehicle are: R9888-44 and the rest is covered by my warranty.</p> <p>Star Nissan off course refuses now to have any part in this.....</p> <p>When I queried the Wesbank amount as too high - then they explained the R5000-00 contract fee and the warranty which was taken out on top of the warranty still in place.... no once was that talked about with me when i enquired about the vehicle........</p> <p>I have also queried the fact that the vehicle has pieces of glass inside - looks like it might have been in an accident they told me when the wheel balancing was done - Star Nissan says NO ACCIDENT.
