Poor customer service

Was at Nissan Duncanville this morning to book my car in for a service, unfortunately they were at the meeting and they said they will Finnish by 8:30. I went inn at 9 was sitting at the reception without anyone asking if I was helped nothing then the was a guy who went inn by luck he was attended by the guy who was there at the workshop. So the question was....my money was not important or?

Im so disappointed by the treatment I got there I'm actually ****ed. I had to go because was not important.
