Pathetic Service (Thrust Bearing - Demo Micra)

I bought a Demo Nissan Micra in March 2018 from Star Nissan Vereeniging. Thrust bearing gave problems starting middle June 2018. We gave the issue through to the branch and the vehicle was booked for Monday 18 June 2018. We were informed that it looks like a factory default and therefor Nissan SA had to be notified and it is now out of the branch hands. We enquired about our transport issue and the lady at Star Nissan said the vehicle had to be with the branch for more than 48 hours before they may request a "loan car" . I enquired last week Monday 25th June 2018 only for the lady to inform me I should have requested this myself from Nissan SA. I.o.w nothing was done from the 18 June 2018 till 25 June 2018. I made a telephonic request to Nissan SA and till today Tuesday 3rd June 2018 nothing has been done. Everyone at Star Nissan Vereeniging pass the ball to another person and the best excuse is to say it's out of their hands or they thought the problems was resolved long ago. Pathetic service and still we are without any transport. I am still liable to pay my instalment (debit order) for a vehicle I do not have the pleasure of using and a promise of a "loan car" is also just empty promises.
