Nobody knows whats wrong with my Nissan Magnite. Disrespectful staff.

If you value your peace of mind, stay away from Star Nissan Vereeniging. I took my Nissan Magnite 2021 in because it was losing power and had all the lights you can think of on the dashboard displayed. We are in week 3 of them still trying to diagnose what is wrong with my vehicle. They promised me a courtesy car which they cancelled because they said they've figured out the issue and will have my car ready for me either in a few hours or in a day's time. We are past both "a few hours" and "a day", I still don't have my car. I wasn't even expecting it to have it back because in the 3 weeks my car has been there for, I have learned that Nissan employs professional *****. From the service advisors, to management and I'm convinced non of the Nissan engineers have a single clue as to what's wrong with my car. Too many red flags. I would not advice people to buy the Nissan Magnite or anything from Star Nissan Vereeniging especially, for that matter.

Also, keep a spare R2000 on the side to spend on communication if you ever find yourself doing any business with Nissan Vereeniging because nobody will communicate anything with you. You will have to spend your own money to call them or go into their office and hound them for feedback. You have to literally dig the information out of them to get answers. I went all the way to Nissan SA, even had Nissan Randburg (where I bought the car) to come in and help me get some information on my car and guess what? I STILL GOT NOTHING! I'm so tired, I'm exhausted. I have zero fights left in me. All the women in me are tired!

Hi,

I got my car back with the same faults from Vereeniging and I took it into Nissan Randburg. Nissan Randburg managed to figure what the issue was within 2 hours of my arrival and resolved them the same day. Vereeniging had my car for 3 whole weeks and couldn't figure out the issue? You made me buy a battery for my fairly new car for no reason at all. Throughout this whole process, I was in contact Nissan Vereeniging's management, I'm interested to find out what they're going to tell me now that they couldn't tell me over the phone and to my face. Looking forward to hearing from them (which will probably never happen because that's just who they are. They say 1 thing and do another.)
